JMC's welders hold AWS (American Welding Society) certification for standard commercial and industrial applications and NAVSEA certification for marine-grade work per U.S. Navy shipbuilding standards. These certifications are prerequisites for the commercial, marine, and oil and gas projects JMC serves, documented, maintained, and available for customer verification.

JMC fabricates HVAC duct in compliance with SMACNA (Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association) standards. SMACNA compliance governs material gauge selection, seam types, and reinforcement schedules per duct class and static pressure rating. It is a baseline requirement on virtually all commercial mechanical specifications, and JMC meets it.

To prevent cross-contamination, we segregate our products (ex. stainless steel from carbon steel) and maintain dedicated fabrication areas. This ensures material integrity, enhances product longevity, and meets stringent industry requirements.

Beyond fabrication, we provide complete warehousing and storage solutions, giving clients confidence that their materials and finished products are protected and ready when they need them. With 50,000 sq/ft of covered storage and three dedicated warehouses, we maintain the capacity to manage complex projects from raw materials to finished product.

All fabricated assemblies undergo pre-delivery inspection for dimensional accuracy and weld quality. Non-destructive examination (NDE) is performed per project specification. Contact JMC to confirm available NDE types and whether your project requires third-party inspection support.
